This has been the most unprofessional rental team I have dealt with. We vacated the property three weeks ago, and our bond has still not been refunded. We followed all required steps, including using their recommended cleaner and ensuring the property was left in good condition. Only at the end of the process were we told that the bond was held under the previous agency’s name, despite no prior clear communication about this, which has caused unnecessary delays and confusion. In addition, when I requested our rental ledger, we were sent an incorrect document containing another tenant’s personal details… During the lease term, we also received multiple rent reminder notices very shortly after the property changed agencies. At that time, we were overseas and could not access to emails. When we later reviewed the payment details, we found that the information provided was incomplete, making it difficult to ensure correct payments were made. We have been living in this property for more than 3 years and the owner knows that we pay rent on time all the time. It was frustrating to receive multiple unnecessary reminder notices. I don’t normally leave negative reviews. However, the communication and administrative handling throughout the tenancy were very disappointing.

Craig and team were my landlord's agent and were exceptionally professional and efficient, and most importantly, straightforward to deal with. Possibly a rare experience in the current Sydney rental market... but great for landlord and tenant alike.
