One of only two very positive Property Manager experiences after 17 years of renting in Melbourne. Liz and Vanessa are both professional, friendly and approachable. Liz went over and above saving me from a $600 locksmith bill the day I moved house. Liz was particularly communicative and helpful. Tim (previous PM) was friendly, professional and approachable for many years previously. Setting a good example for other Property Managers.

Highly Recommend . My wife and I had rented the a apartment with agency if Changing Places Real state. We were with them for two years, and we were so satisfied with their service. All our requests and concerns taken seriously and action was applied in great time manner. I'm so happy had such a great agent and highly recommend them.
