We have had Mathew Atkins sell our house we couldn’t of asked a better agent Mathew was so professional and helpful he sold our house so fast and we got what we wanted he was also alway on call for us when we needed help. Professional cannington....one of the best real estate agents. Responds to tenants professionally and in timely manner regardless of situation.

Sally Falfourd is the WORST property manager, you can ever come across. Run if she is the one who is renting you the property (which is hard given scarcity in housing). She bullies and harrasses you to the point you will reconsider your life choices. Despite sharing entry report with initial missing fixtures, she will threaten you with breaches. Stay away from this property management company.
