It’s very pleasant working with Buxton. In the rental process, I have been working with 3 groups of agents (3 properties), every agent responded quick and polite, they will timely inform us like if we apply, how many business days will it take to know the application result. After we got the offer for our current property, everything was done in one business day, and the whole process is super efficient and all the personnel involved are super nice! Compared to other agents we came across, they are far less efficient and cannot even tell you how many business days they need to proceed. Seems like they don’t have a proper schedule for everything.

I would recommend to any one to have Buxton of Elwood sell or buy a property through them. Zoe and her team are professional and I was very happy and impressed they went about things even though the market was difficult. The whole process was seamless and I would go with Buxton for a third time if need be the first time was Buxton Mentone. Buxton have an excellent relationship and reputation and would suggest them to anyone to consider using their expertise and experience Many thanks again to the whole team but especially to Zoe very professional all the way.
