I decided to sell my investment property in January this year, the tenant took most of his 90 days notice to vacate which was a little frustrating. However once he vacated it only took Rohan 4 days to secure a buyer , at a great price! Off market, saving me thousands of dollars in advertising etc. Rohan had obviously been working hard behind the scenes , which is very much appreciated.
