We recently purchased a commercial property along Fyans Street South Geelong, and we needed to rent out Unit One. We had no experience with commercial real estate, so we enlisted the help of Jessica Begg-McColl from Buxton Geelong East. Jessica was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! She explained everything so clearly to me, and Buxton's fees were very competitive. In a relatively short amount of time, Jessica had advertised the property, secured a suitable tenant, and completed all the necessary steps to allow the tenant to move in. We are now receiving regular rental payments directly into our bank account. No fuss. No problems. We seriously could not be happier with the whole process. Thank you Jessica - you are fabulous!

My wife and myself have recently engaged Buxton to look after our rental property. It’s been a real hassle with our tenant, before Buxton took over the management, and i can not thank them enough in particular Klarissa who has been amazing since taking over the property from the previous agency.
