Boris is a greatly agent to work with, we will definitely use him again. We worked with Boris to sell an investment property in Canberra. He was recommended by a close friend who had sold a couple of properties through Boris. We found him easy to work with, very clear with his appraisal of the property and he managed to find the right buyer for the apartment. We are happy with the outcome and we believe the buyer has found themselves a great new place. Top marks for commitment and being great to deal with.

I have been looking for an apartment for a few months and viewed one with Boris Real Estate recently. He was very rude and very entitled. He showed little interest in showing the apartment as probably wasn't enough commission for him. Not a pleasant experience. Avoid!

Would not recommend at all - a very stressful and discouraging experience as first home buyers. I have never experienced a service that was so condescending and unprofessional. The property ad also had incorrect figures, and they were difficult to engage with. I’ve never left a negative review on anything before but I am sorry to say the overall experience with Boris Property was terrible. Boris, in particular, was patronising and generally rude in all encounters we had with him. I hope they are kinder to first home buyers that have to deal with them in the future, but would recommend avoiding Boris Property if possible. I must note that we did briefly talk with an employee named Sharon who was friendly and apologetic.
