Can't say enough good things about the Benchmark team at Bankstown. They have always helped me and looked after me, even if that meant going out of their way to do a favour. In my experience, not many real estate agents do that!

Been with Joe Hoffman for 1.5 years and he's probably the most responsive and the most accommodating agent I've ever had to rent with. From coming to our building to deal with stubborn building managers himself to being so polite in communicating with us when we gave our notice to move out (looking for bigger room but would stay with Joe if we could!), Joe has gone above and beyond!
