Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Deepali Bharadwaj. Her behaviour throughout the tenancy was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Communication was always difficult, and she often spoke in an unhelpful and dismissive manner. Any concerns we raised were ignored or handled poorly, and we were never treated with basic courtesy. The property itself was in very poor condition from the beginning. We reported multiple issues many times, including old paint marks, wall stains, and ceiling damage that were already there before we moved in. Despite informing her repeatedly, she later put false allegations against us and unfairly refused to return our bond. She tried to blame us for old problems that existed long before our tenancy, which was extremely unfair and unprofessional. Throughout our tenancy, she constantly pressured and scared us by saying we must go to VCAT if we did not pay extra money. Even after we moved out and returned the keys, she sent messages saying we must keep paying rent until the property is leased again, which is completely unreasonable because we were no longer living in the house. The property was already in very poor condition when we moved in — old paint marks, stains, ceiling damage and other issues — and we reported these many times. Despite this, she is now making false allegations and trying to charge us for repairs to damages that were clearly pre-existing. We believe this is unfair treatment, misuse of power, and an attempt to wrongfully withhold our bond.
