I had a fantastic experience working with Marc Fridman as my property manager at Ray White Carnegie. Throughout my tenancy, Marc was exceptionally helpful, incredibly responsive, and always completely honest in his communication. Whenever an issue or request arose, he handled it promptly and professionally, making the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. It is rare to find a property manager who is both so efficient and genuinely great to deal with on a personal level. I highly recommend Marc to any renter or landlord looking for a top-tier, reliable agent!

I have had an outstanding experience with Jaymie Ioannou from Ray White Bentleigh & Carnegie. Jaymie is always professional, helpful and genuinely committed to looking after both property owners and tenants. She communicates promptly and effectively with tenants, manages every aspect of the property with great care, and is always willing to help with rental enquiries and provide important information—even outside normal working hours when necessary. Whenever I have had an urgent matter, Jaymie has responded quickly and done everything possible to assist. Her dedication, excellent communication and reliability have given me great peace of mind as a property owner. I would highly recommend Jaymie to any landlord looking for a trustworthy and dependable property manager. She consistently provides exceptional service.

Nathan was exceptional, a lot of hard work and effort was put into the sale of my property. Couldn't have asked for a greater person to sell and will be using his services again to purchase and sell once more. He showed efficiency and effectiveness in getting clients in and also went above and beyond with his ideas, concepts and services into how we could best sell the property in the current economy.
