Worst experience I’ve had with a rental application. I provided all my personal details and completed the leasing process, only to be told the next morning that they had suddenly changed their decision. It felt unprofessional and very frustrating after investing time and sharing sensitive information. There was no proper explanation or communication. Definitely disappointing and not a service I would recommend based on this experience.

Just a word of caution for anyone considering selling their property through this agent. I recently attended an inspection for a one-bedroom apartment in Ashfield, and the experience was extremely poorly managed. I'm not sure whether the inspection arrangements were properly coordinated with the tenant, but when prospective buyers entered the apartment, the tenant became very aggressive and verbally confronted attendees for not taking off their shoes. As buyers, we rely on the agent's instructions during inspections. Some properties require shoes to be removed, while others don't. In this case, no clear instructions were provided before entering the property. The tenant's behaviour created a very uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere. All of us attendees were shocked by the confrontation. The whole experience completely turned me off the property, and from the reactions of the other attendees, I wasn't the only one. If I were the seller, I would be devastated to think that potential buyers who may have been willing to pay a good price walked away because of this ordeal. A well-organised inspection is crucial, and unfortunately, this one fell far short of expectations.

Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and unfair from start to finish. They charged an excessive amount from the bond with questionable and unreasonable deductions. It honestly feels like they were just looking for ways to take as much money as possible. There was no transparency, no proper explanation, and no willingness to resolve things fairly. Communication was poor, and instead of being helpful, they were intimidating and dismissive. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when tenants trust them to act honestly. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are much better and more ethical options out there. Truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
