Renting experience with Ausfortune Property was easy at the beginning of the stay. John initially assisting us with the connection of utility, but failed to remove our name from the bill after the lease, leading to a outrageous costly bill with our names incurred during next tenant’s lease period. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, our calls unanswered. To make it worse, John unprofessionally severed all communications with passive aggressive attitude, leaving us to deal with the crazy bill alone, or suggest us to contact the new tenant to negotiate with them about the payment?? Like why? For a bill that is no longer our responsibility for the period of time of new tenant inspections, their lease period, it becomes to our payment. his lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Their handling of such a basic task is incredibly disappointing.

I am deeply disappointed and compelled to share my recent experience with Ausfortune Property and its founder, John. Despite initially assisting us with the connection of utility services, the company failed to remove our name from the water bill, leading to an unexpected and costly surprise. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, our calls went unanswered, and our concerns were blatantly ignored. To make matters worse, John unprofessionally severed all communication by deleting our contact on WeChat, leaving us to deal with the aftermath alone. As a result, I was forced to pay over $600 AUD for a bill that was no longer my responsibility. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential clients to consider my experience before engaging with Ausfortune Property. Their handling of such a basic task has been incredibly irresponsible, and their disregard for client communication has been disheartening. Definitely not recommended.
