"My experience with Eugene Ganke has been unprofessional from the start. Throughout my time at the Darcy Road property, I found it impossible to get a response regarding essential repairs. Communication: He consistently avoids phone calls and does not follow up on messages. Maintenance: Basic issues in the unit were reported multiple times but were completely ignored, leaving the property in a state of neglect. It is clear that tenant concerns are not a priority for this agent or Century 21 Apex. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that actually manages their properties." The one thing he will make sure that every year rental increase to minimum 50$ weekly.

I leased a unit with Century 21 for nearly two years, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I even got my bond deposit back just two days after moving out. The property was well-maintained and Eugene, our property manager was super helpful throughout. He even came into his office on a weekend to help us find the duplicate key to our unit when we locked our own keys inside. They’re always just a text away and make you feel valued as a tenant. Thank you Eugene and your team at C21 Apex!

My experience in finding a convenient location in Sydney was made easy by Century 21, especially by the wonderful Eugene Ganke. The property was as described and demonstrated and there was not hidden issues. The formalities were straightforward and simple. Eugene was very responsive and cooperative in every way possible. I never had to worry much for any issues I had with the property. I strongly recommend Eugene, he made my stay in Sydney easier. In future, I will consider to reach out to Century 21 to find a property in Sydney.
