I had a very positive experience renting through Ray White for nearly three years. Throughout my tenancy, the agency was always professional, responsive, and supportive. Whenever there were issues with the property, the team was quick to assist and ensured that concerns were addressed promptly. I would especially like to thank Rachel, who was a wonderful property manager. She was always approachable, understanding, and willing to help. During rent review discussions, Rachel took the time to communicate with the landlord and advocate on my behalf, which I greatly appreciated. Her support made a significant difference and helped create a positive rental experience. Overall, I am very grateful for the assistance and professionalism provided by Ray White and would highly recommend them to both tenants and property owners.

Cannot recommend Giampaolo Larossi and the team highly enough. Moved fast to secure a quality tenant for my property, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and managed to negotiate a rent well above what I was expecting. Communication was clear and proactive from start to finish — exactly what you want from a property manager. Genuinely exceeded my expectations.
