I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT JERRY & AJ BOYS Pty Ltd. After having a dreadful experience with our previous Property Manager, Jerry corrected issues and did more for us and our tennant in 1 week then the previous manager did in 7 months. Actually he is the best property manager we've had in the 7 years of owning our investment property. Jerry prides himself on being a hands on property manager and checks any tenant issues himself before engaging trades people. His efficiency is amazing, eye for detail is amazing, communication is amazing and value for money is very good also. Jerry's office staff are also very efficient and amazing. I give AJ Boys 10/10, we're very happy customers. Thanks so much guys. We really appreciate you!!
