The staff is not helpful at all. It is old school agency where all the work is done verbal and no records are kept. It is a small boutique agency and owner has control in everything but in the process follow up and customer service suffer. I had a Bond issue and the front office staff was speaking different things to me and to my new agent. I had to show them their own statements and even then it took much longer time to solver the issue. I wish there was a Zero Star option.
