I came across yousales as the new agent for my ex - landlord against whom I had a VCAT case since pre-covid for compensation for not maintaining the premises in good repair. I tried to contact them after finding out online that they were the current agents for the property, but the phone went into voicemail and nobody responded. The case was heard ex-parte and compensation awarded to me. When the order was sent to yousales, Jenny got involved and insisted they wanted a rehearing. The case was reopened and despite not being able to adduce any new evidence against most of the claims, Jenny insisted her client wants all the claims reheard. No genuine attempts were made to compromise, and 4 court dates and 8 months later, a similar order for compensation was handed down by VCAT. Now Jenny says the owner is broke and is unable to pay "due to high interest rates", and says he is not obliged to pay as a lump sum - she advised it will be paid in 3 installments when the rent comes in. She even sent a professional looking statement showing the payment schedule, but the due dates have come by and passed with no funds transferred. Stay away from this agent's properties if you are looking to rent - they will pretend to be very professional and nice until they are not....

Jenny is the most responsible property manager i ever encountered. She always responds to my email promptly, keeping me in the loop with all enquiries. She secured a quality tenant for our property very quickly amd helped with renovation. Highly recommended to all property investors like us!
