Bought a home from Whitefox Real state in Hastings Victoria. Once they received full payment STOP answering my phone. After transfer the property even they didn't appear to handover the key. One set of key was left on front yard. Power line was disconnected immediately. Tried calling twice to get home camera system CODE for activation again left unanswered. Won't recommend due to Overall experience: Disappointing Service & Negligence.

Overall experience: Disappointing service delivery. Our experience selling our home through Whitefox Real Estate failed significantly short of expectations, particularly given the exclusive 120 day authority agreement. What started positively: the initial phase showed promise. Deb and the team was responsive and proactive, maintaining regular contact through phone calls, in person meetings, and messaging. The marketing set up included REA on-line and social media marketing, professional photography and video production, along with four scheduled open inspections two of which were mid-week. Where service declined: communication deteriorated markedly after the first month. Beyond a few app messages and weekly REA back end statistics (mainly late 2025), contact became minimal from start of 2026 despite the ongoing campaign from late October 2025 through to mid February 2026. This lack of engagement was particularly concerning given the financial investment. Specific concerns: • limited buyer interest: only two parties inspected across four open house inspections over the 120 days, • Recommended pivot to private inspections without demonstrating active marketing efforts. • Delayed marketing materials: The video was released a month after listing, and focused primarily on the 2 presenting agents themselves and the Whitefox brand rather than property features. • Marketing costs of approximately $8800 with unclear return on investment. • Minimal proactive outreach: only two to three incoming calls throughout the entire campaign • unresponsive to feedback and defensive when concerns were raised Conclusion: while the initial setup showed competence, the lack of sustained effort, communication, and tangible results made the overall experience unsatisfactory. The investment in marketing appeared ineffective and the agent’s responsiveness to feedback was concerning.
