Lack of Communication, Transparency and Ethics. Whilst on a phone call with the agent Samantha, she informed me the seller was undecided on which offer to accept. I decided I would increase my offer and told her I would call her straight back with the amended offer, after speaking with my husband. She ignored all my calls and texts. She emailed me 6 hours later, letting me know the seller had gone with another offer. From the information she provided, our amended offer would of been the highest and we were allowed to change it at any point. I believe she ignored my communication in order to manipulate the offers, to ensure a particular offer was accepted, maybe a friend of hers etc. I tried to contact her to discuss what had gone wrong and again, I was ignored. Three days later I messaged asking why she was purposely ignoring me, as I had a friend call her to which she answered and once again when I called, she ignored. Her professionalism was very questionable. I wouldn't use this agent to sell my house as I dont believe she havs the sellers best interest at heart and as a buyer, I found it impossible to get hold of her. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose that.

Extremely bad experience dealing with them. Stayed in a room managed by Western keys. The air conditioning wasn't working and during the heatwave of 44 degree days requested after request it never got repaired. Found out from the previous tenant that he had the same problem for a year before he left. They were however very quick to point out that I would be evicted if the rent is late. Calling to office was useless as the agent was hardly in and the receptionist was always working from home. Do not recommend this company.
