Helpful, responsive, and highly professional real estate team. My experience with the team at Welsh Real Estate was excellent from start to finish. Their communication was clear, professional, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question, they replied quickly and provided helpful information, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the local rental market and guided me through each step with confidence and transparency. The team was also very professional and respectful during inspections and throughout the application process. What really stood out was their helpful attitude and willingness to assist whenever needed. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Welsh Real Estate to anyone looking to rent a property.

Top agent helped me secure my dream home!! Craig was fantastic to deal with and I have a lot to be thankful for as he helped me secure my dream home in one of the toughest housing markets in Australia!! He kept up communication through the whole process, gave great advice, was very responsive and above all was a top bloke to deal with a friendly , down to earth approach. We had a few hiccups through the settlement process but he always kept me calm and updated which is exactly what I needed to get through it. Highly recommend this legend!!

All around Star Performer ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️. Chantal is just amazing - she had previously sold a property for me and really impressed me back then so I was keen to have her sell my latest property when I was ready. Chantal sat down and listened to what I wanted and why I was selling and advised me in the best way to present my property. Friendly and accessible - knowledgeable and very competent- Chantal had my property listing up and ready in no time. My house sold at the first open and I left the state for a move over east - Chantal dealt with various potential disasters (hot water system that decided to burst and smoke alarms that needed replacing) completely and efficiently with very little stress for me ( which was hugely important to me) - all together just an absolute delight to deal with - Chantal really couldn’t have made anything any easier or more pleasant for me. If I were staying in WA I would definitely be looking to Chantal and WELSH Real Estate to both purchase a new property and to re sell if that time came again. Cannot recommend Chantal enough - thank you so very much 🙏
