Booked a viewing, text the morning of viewing to confirm still coming, drive over do the viewing and then get told flat has just been leased immediately post viewing. Took time away from work to go and wasted a 30 min commute each way only to be told it’s already gone. Why not have the decency to call and not conduct the viewing if under a series of applications being seriously considered, so unprofessional.
