Final edit of a review I had posted that had been removed, I had a negative experience with Troy so I left my full honest review based off what I experienced witch I clearly have a right to do (freedom of speech). Troy was quick to act in such an unprofessional manner. “Sending messages with the effect of not quite the correct comments though and I will stop by your shops and do a review also kind regards Troy”. Then stalking a business we previously owned sending screenshots of reviews we had got and sending laughing faces” implying he knows our previous business we used to own.. clearly stalking and trying to intimidate. If you think this is professional after receiving a honest review you clearly are in the wrong industry.. I would waste my time and money using Vance estate agents. Lifestyle Valla beach have been outstanding the whole way though our process after changing from Vance. So I couldn’t recommend them enough you will be safe with them!

Vance Real Estate was the worst agency we’ve dealt with. Over the past six years, we’ve worked with many real estate agents, and based on our experience, I would not recommend Vance to anyone. Our property was listed with little to no communication throughout the entire process. No open homes and no inspections feedback was given, we did not receive any calls from Vance. As soon as the exclusive period ended, we changed agencies. With Valla Beach Real Estate, our home sold in under two months. I have no hesitation in recommending Valla Beach Real Estate (life style) over Vance. Save yourself time, stress, and money, skip Vance.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Elena. We have found her to be knowledgeable and professional, she is 100% dedicated to her position and an asset to Vance Real Estate, she has shown all round care to ourselves, our home & our tenants. and I look forward to continuing our journey with her in the future.
