Exceptional Experience from start to finish. Working with Mark Sorial from Urban Real Estate made the entire home buying journey feel calm, informed, and genuinely supported, especially, when we were weighing big decisions and second-guessing every step. Mark has extraordinary patience and transparency. At every stage, he took the time to explain things clearly, thoughtfully, and without any pressure. Whenever I had doubts or speculations about the property, he never rushed the conversation — instead, he patiently walked me through the pros, addressed concerns honestly, and helped me see the bigger picture. Some of these discussions were hour long, and not once did it feel like an inconvenience to him. He was also excellent at coordinating between the seller and us, keeping communication smooth, timely, and professional throughout. It always felt like he was focused on finding the right outcome rather than just closing a deal — which is rare and deeply appreciated.
