Urban Real Estate - DENHAM COURT

My fiancé and I have put an application for a rental property recently. We mentioned that the property has no fly screens at all and that we would like to request from the landlord to install them if we get approved. We got approved and I received a call from the property manager Leanne Kell to tell me that we have been approved. Leanne was jumping to all the payments that need to be made in order to secure the property when I asked about my request. The response I got was somewhat threatening, where she told me that the property would be rented to someone else if I put in any requests. I politely asked her to inform the landlord of my request and give me his response instead of making assumptions. I then received a text message which was vague in nature telling me that a request has been put in with the landlord and quotes will be arranged for fly screens. I replied to get a confirmation on whether that means our request has been approved. The reply I got was 'Yes, subject to quote'. When I asked whether the 24hrs providing to pay the deposit will be extended as we await the quote. She replied letting me know there won't be an extension and the quote won't be supplied within that time frame. There was no further update given after that and when I messaged to get an update, the reply I got was 'what update are you expecting'. Leanne is rude and was in no way professional, her work ethic is questionable as I don't believe she even passed my request to the landlord. It is extremely disappointing to be treated this way and even if we wanted the property, we would not accept it as we wouldn't want to deal with such a property manager and real estate.
