Tyler & Sons, particularly Oliver and Anna, are the most genuine and caring real estate agents I've ever come across. They care for the tenants on a next level, while also balancing the interests of their landlords. They are trustworthy and would definitely recommend them for either tenants or landlords.

We had Oliver as our real estate agent through Tyler and Sons, and felt very supported through the application process applying for a rental. Oliver was very professional as well as approachable and trustworthy. He addressed our concerns, and was very efficient at reviewing our application and helping us secure the rental. We are so excited for our new place and very pleased with the service we received from Tyler and Sons.

I have rented for over 10 years so naturally I have dealt with a lot of different real estate agents. It's hard market to rent in right now, so having a good agent really helps. Tyler and Sons (especially Oliver, Tim and Anna) have been the best agents I have ever rented through. They are personable, reasonable, supportive and kind. They don't take the piss with charging for nonsense, but they do right by the landlord too. Although indirect, I had a good relationship with the landlord because it was mediated so well by the team. Everyone was left happy and it was a great experience. Its such a relief to get quick response times, reasonable costings, and warmth from your real estate. I encourage landlords and tenants to avoid renting through the impersonal, cut throat agencies and go with these guys, they really look after you and I was sad to see them go when I moved out.
