Sham Agency: Dishonest, Disrespectful & a Complete Waste of Time I inspected a property with this agency and the experience was nothing short of appalling. I arrived 6 minutes early, but the agent was nowhere to be seen. I called his number and got no answer, straight to voicemail. I even contacted another agent, who promised to notify him. After waiting around, I was shocked to learn from another prospective tenant that the agent had been inside the property the entire time and the place had already been leased. Not once did he bother to call me back or step outside to meet people who came for the inspection. When I followed up, that same other agent who said she would contact him made excuses, tried to gaslight me by claiming “agents don’t wait outside for inspections” (which is blatantly untrue for I’ve inspected many properties, including just last week), and then cut me off rudely, saying the process was finished. This agency wasted my time and money, showed zero professionalism, and treated me with disrespect at every step. If you’re looking for a reliable agency to lease or buy property through, stay far away from this sham of a business.
