During my tenancy, interactions with the real estate agents, a husband and wife team, were consistently challenging. Their communication style was often unprofessional and inflexible, which made resolving issues difficult and prolonged. Additionally, I experienced behavior that felt discriminatory, which significantly impacted my comfort and trust in the rental arrangement, creating a stressful living environment. Experiences with them were particularly disheartening and contrasted sharply with other places I have lived.

They don't respect people's time. Another woman and I went inspect one property and one man told us someone took the property while we didn't receive any notification or the website was updated

Extremely poor quality agents. Greg Lambert in particular was very, very rude when I was looking to purchase a property. Very condescending and degrading in his responses. I feel sorry for the owner of the property he was selling as he was not assisting their sale whatsoever. Awful treatment. Would not recommend.
