I’ve had a great experience over my four-year tenancy. Helen from TPV was always supportive, respectful, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, and any issues were handled efficiently. I really appreciated the professionalism throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

After being Australia for so many years, I finally can give a 5-star review to a rental agency, that’s TPV. This people are the best in Melbourne. In the last 2 years, I had a fantastic experience renting through TPV. The whole team was always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my tenancy. Everything was smooth and transparent. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and courteous. Big shoutouts to Helen Zhang and Shawn Li for their hard work and support!! I truly appreciated how easy they made the entire rental process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental agency!

TPV is very professional. I have been renting with them for 18 months. During this period, any problems I had were quickly solved and they were patient. I would like to thank Helen for her efficient work, which reflects the professionalism of practitioners: efficient communication, and excellent coordination. Not only did she answer my questions, but she also helped me communicate my demands with the landlord. Shawn is kind and friendly, and the paperwork is handled very carefully. I did not have any disputes when I returned the house, and the process was very smooth. Overall, TPV has demonstrated professionalism in its work, and I have maintained a good relationship with both staff members. Great! Recommended!
