Over the years, we have had the pleasure of engaging Todd Property for various real estate needs, including selling our house, renting, and purchasing properties. Where to begin. I first met Brad about 6 year ago when me and my partner (now Wife) were looking to buy in the Heathcote area. At the time although Brad showed us multiple nice houses he didn't really have what we were after. Brad was always upfront, friendly, answered all our questions when we had one and most importantly didn't put pressure on us to put in an offer. Fast forward we had purchased and have been living in Heathcote for 5 years. However we decided it was time to start a new chapter freshly married and ready to start a new journey we approached Brad to sell both of our properties. As remembered he was friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. We had no problems selling our land and house and although we had a difficult buyer on both properties who was trying to go behind his back and purchase on a handshake, he remained professional. He had not only our interest at heart but also the purchaser's who ultimately took over both properties. We are very happy with Brad's service and would easily consult him again if we are to purchase in the future. Another key point I would like to add, both my wife and I have bought and sold houses in other areas of Victoria and this by far was the easiest transition to date.
