By far the worst realestate that I've ever dealt with!! Incredibly dishonest and the worst service I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not provide correct documents and in all the years of renting I've not dealt with such unprofessional dishonest people as we got ripped off and it was a terrible experience. I highly recommend you look elsewhere as there are plenty of realestates that follow procedures and will not cause you unnecessary distress like these guys.

Had a great experience renting a place through The Property Group. Dealt mostly with Kim who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole lease period. Would definitely recommend and use them when looking for a rental in the future.

The Property Group and specifically Kim are absolutely fantastic! Given they are a family run company they really go the extra mile to help and are super responsive. In the very rare event we ever had an issue, Kim had addressed and resolved it the same day. They are by far the best I have ever used in Sydney and would be the first I would call if I ever needed a rental again!
