I have been a landlord and a tennant at various times for 25 years and this is the most incompetent real estate agent I have ever dealt with. The property was not legally ready to rent when they leased it to us and then followed a list of serious issues over the course of the tennancy which they tried to minimise the importance of, ineffectively deal with or ignore. . If you care about your property do not let with these people and if you care about your health or sanity for god sake do not rent from them. Take a look at the other negative reviews from tennants and the wall of defensive text that the agent provides. That's what you will have to look forward to when reporting legitimate issues with the property. I know for sure they branded us and our neighbours as 'problem tennants' to the landlords to cover their own dishonesty and incompetence. The proprietors need to take a long look at how they are running this enterprise and acquaint themselves with truthful and ethical behaviour. Stay tuned for a wall of text defence from Ed. I'm not going to read it. But hopefully someone will find it good for a laugh. 0/5 time to retire.
