Avoid. There is no option to give 0 stars! Consistently poor management marked by inadequate notice of entry, unresolved maintenance, and unreliable communication. Written agreements were later denied, and concerns were met with dismissive, immature and intimidating responses rather than professionalism. There appears to be no meaningful escalation or accountability process, complaints about the primary property manager go nowhere and are not independently addressed. The same issues persist without resolution. A lack of transparency and responsibility was evident throughout the tenancy and again at vacating. This agency does not operate in a way that supports or respects tenants.

If i could rate 0 stars, i would (google doesn't let you). I had this group as our property managers for 3.5 years and it was the worst company i've ever had to deal with, not just in property management. They were incredibly rude when asking for simple requests, bullied tenants to not complain, ignored requests for months (like common lights not working in the entrance ways). At least half a dozen other residents in my building felt the same but were too scared of ramifications if they complained. This comes from the Managing director down. I attempted to contact the MD to have a mediation style session and was ignored. I've been a homeowner for 15 years and i can safely say i would NEVER hire a company like this to manage my property. STEER CLEAR! EDIT: Not 10min after posting this review, i received a call from them threatening me due to this review and saying they are placing me on a tenancy database . I said i don't care as im no longer a renter and its worth it to ensure others don't have the same experience. 100% everything in my review has just been proven again by this appalling company!
