The Rental Team are absolutely brilliant, kind compassionate, polite, attentive, and they really CARE about all of their tenants. Some Team Members have been there over 30 years and and operate a very honest successful rental office at all times. We have been renting off First National Real EState Rental Team, for just on 22 years now and my wife and I would never ever leave or consider renting elswhere, with out First National Surfers Paradise. The office is a master stroke in human kindness, they explain every step of the way regarding leases and condition reports, you are supplied with paper colour copies and a CD also. Everything is worked out NO hidden anything straight shooters with passion and a humane heart. The Sales Team lead by Mr Bob Rollington and his sons Robert, and Russell, and back up Team are ambassadors to become the longest establised LREA office in Surfers Paradise. First National Surfers Paradise Rental Team are winners they assisted both my wife and I over the long 22 years and we are hoping for another 22 years of leasing. Our unit is always spotless and clean, and we have shifted from property to property and every time the apartments were and are spotless in everyway. Well done First NationalSURFERS PARADISE Team. This real estate agency is a terrible business. It has been the worst experience we’ve had – both for us and our flatmate – since arriving in Australia. They say wonderful things at first, but they handed us an apartment that was filthy, with food on the floor and rubbish left on top of the carpet, and full of damage. Now that we’re moving out, they expect the apartment to be in better condition than when we moved in. They are even demanding a professional carpet cleaning, which is absolutely absurd considering the state the apartment was in when they gave it to us. Dealing with them has been a huge headache. They are neither transparent nor trustworthy, and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of us at any cost. Now we’ll probably have to dispute the bond to get our money back. Fortunately, we have all the evidence, including the entry condition report and documentation that clearly show they were not honest with us. I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this real estate agency, especially the one in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.

Melissa and her management team, (especially Michelle) has been my property manager for over 12 years, after having had a great experience with the sales team as a purchaser many years ago. SPFN is a family run business and you can tell that all the staff there take pride in the way they build relationships with clients. I have experienced many property managers over the years both as a tenant, and an owner, and never before had I had such a positive experience and relationship than with Michelle and Melissa from SPFN. I have complete confidence in their recommendations and management style. I have never had any issues with any tenants that they have selected. As they have both been in the industry for a long time, their vast knowledge and experience along with the personal touches makes them stand out in their field. They are committed to do the best by the owner and the tenant, which is something that is sadly lacking in most other property managers out there. I can highly recommend SPFN if you need a property manager or a sales agent.
