Is it Emma Reily or Emily Reily? The email correspondence uses one name, while the website lists another, which is hardly reassuring when dealing with something as important as a rental application. My application was accepted after an entire week of unnecessary back-and-forth over irrelevant matters. I then received an email confirming that my application had been accepted and paid a $2,000 deposit, which was also treated as a holding deposit. At that point, I would expect a fair, transparent and professional agency to remove the advertisement or clearly mark the property as under contract or leased. Instead, to my astonishment, another inspection was advertised. The use of rent-bidding tactics and apparent attempts to exploit loopholes are not a good first impression. Practices like these can seriously damage an agency’s reputation and erode trust with prospective tenants. Ultimately, the tenancy didn’t proceed, and from my perspective, it came down to greed and a willingness to push the boundaries rather than deal fairly and transparently. I can only hope that approach backfires, because short-term gains are not worth sacrificing long-term reputation and trust. In hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise that the tenancy didn’t proceed. This experience has certainly made me question the professionalism, transparency and ethics of the agency.
Worst experience renting through these ppl. Never fixed any problems! Lived with smashed windows that were boarded up, a leaking water system for weeks, advertised with air con no air con working.. provided my own curtains and blinds cleaned the whole garage out of rubbish before I could use it myself had to scrub and clean the whole house before living as it was not liveable the only reason I took the property as I was desperate at the time. Painted and looked after the property as if it was my own. Got notice they were knocking it down. Cleaned and moved out took over 5 weeks with a lot of confrontation to get my bond back. Kept lying to me saying it was done making excuses everyday and ignoring my calls. Then charged me for their leaking tap, the dogiest ppl I have ever dealt with! Avoid at all costs! There are many other real estates out there that do the right thing and follow protocol this real estate is a joke!
I spoke with Ray Jankovich this morning regarding a property, and the experience was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked a straightforward question about the property’s price point, I was met with a condescending response that I should “do the research” myself. If a client is expected to do all the research, there is no reason to contact a professional. Shortly after, he called me back and hung up on me. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of professionalism. I will never contact this agency to sell my property, nor will I ever consider purchasing through them. The tone and manner in which they speak to clients is disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. The way this call was handled left me extremely disappointed and raises serious concerns about how clients are treated by this agency. I am sharing this because experiences like this should not be ignored.
