In my experience, Southern Strata Management has been extremely disappointing. Issues are dismissed rather than properly investigated or resolved, responsibility is routinely deflected, and legitimate requests are met with delay and avoidance. There has been a clear failure to comply with the requirements of the Strata Schemes Management Act, along with a poor standard of communication, accountability and professional service.

He always attended to anything quickly and efficiently and everything was always stress-free.
