**ALEXIS – Be Careful** I strongly recommend avoiding **ALEXIS**. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, promises were not followed through, and the level of professionalism was far below what I expected. If you're considering using this agency, I suggest doing thorough research and reading other reviews before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

As the buyer, I found the overall experience quite disappointing. Throughout the process, there were several occasions where I needed to follow up repeatedly regarding outstanding items and repairs referenced in the contract. In one instance, a repair appeared to have been overlooked until I raised it again shortly before settlement, and some works completed did not meet my expectations. Communication and updates throughout the process were limited, and I often felt I needed to chase information myself. I was also surprised to learn quite late in the process that the tenants would be vacating the property, as I had not previously been made aware of this. This created some uncertainty and added stress close to move-in. Overall, I felt the process could have been managed more proactively and with clearer communication.

She was incredibly patient, kind, and consistently helpful throughout the entire process — from the initial rental application, to promptly assisting with any queries during my stay, and right through to a smooth and stress-free checkout. I stayed in Adelaide at the Cullinan building on Waymouth, and Irene displayed the highest level of professionalism at every stage. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her support and attention to detail, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Irene to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.
