I have been renting through Golden Hills for the past 2 years plus. They have been wonderful, especially the property manager Tom Zhang. Whenever I have needed anything looked into its been done quickly and efficiently. Tom especially has been very approachable and supportive. I'd recommend Golden Hills to anyone looking to rent or lease. 5 stars.

After finishing my tenancy with Golden Hills property Group two years ago and experiencing some disappointing property management services elsewhere, I suddenly thought of Tom Zhang and felt he truly deserved a good review. Tom is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. Even after my two-year lease had ended, he was still willing to patiently answer my tenancy related questions and provide professional advice. He is always polite, considerate, and genuinely cares about both tenants and landlords. Whenever I reported an issue with the property, Tom arranged people to resolve it promptly and efficiently. His communication, professionalism, and thoughtfulness gave me great experience throughout my tenancy.
