Some incorrect statements were made by the buyer about our family and Smiley. This does not reflect our experience at all. Smiley was professional, respectful, and handled everything very well. We highly recommend her.

Worse buying our first house experience with her and the vendor. Definitely didn’t go as we wanted and planned. Asked her multiple times to tell the vendor to get appliances fixed and none of the conditions we asked were done. Still dealing with gas leak and none of them show any decency. Vendor on the other hand, filthiest family I have ever seen in my life. Ants crawling all over the house. Everything so filthy and disgusting. Definitely don’t trust any real estate agent you see as all they care about is their commission so they lie to you about absolute everything.

Exceptional support for first-home buyers! As first-home buyers, my husband and I spoke to many real estate agents before finding Smiley and Yuvi, and honestly, the difference was incredible. Most agents we met were very pushy and made us feel pressured to buy quickly. From the moment I first met Yuvi at an appointment and was later introduced to Smiley, we immediately felt comfortable and supported.
