Honest and Professional would describe Natalie . My Property Manager,Natalie Francis is the best. Her ability to support you through the experience of selling your property is amazing .She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Natalie is impressive and the best PM I’ve ever dealt with!!!! We were very happy with Peter's efforts regarding the sale of our family home. His accurate knowledge of the local market was impressive. His professionalism was obvious during negotiations, where he was balanced and fair to all parties, and we were kept informed at all stages of the sale. Excellent service with care and understanding. The team responded quickly to our needs. They listened to what was important to us and understood the emotional element of selling our family home for the first time after 60years of occupancy. Photos were amazing and the advertisement was professional and detail in every manner. They communicated clearly through all facets of the sale and provided professional advice in a manner that was clear and easy to understand. We can not recommend the team at Shields strongly enough and are for ever grateful for the service
