Exceptional Service from Start to Finish. We were very happy with Melinda and the entire team at Seeto Real Estate. Although the process was stressful at times and we faced setbacks with buyers, Melinda and Mandy kept reassuring us and communicating every step of the way. Their support truly made all the difference. We always felt supported, informed, and well looked after throughout the sale of our property. A genuinely caring and professional team—highly recommend.

We rented an apartment managed by Seeto and the experience started off very positive. The team was friendly, approachable and quick to action any requests. They were thorough, fair and reasonable during the condition report, and the property being pet‑friendly was a big plus. Things changed once the property went on the market (also through Seeto). We received a notice of intention to sell, then heard nothing for weeks. Suddenly Melinda was rushing to organise photos, and we rearranged an early work morning to accommodate the last‑minute request. Another time, we received a call saying they were downstairs for an inspection we were never notified about. Open inspections were happening once or twice a week for over a month, often with short notice. We started to lose patience, as the process felt inflexible and inconsiderate of our situation as tenants. The final straw was when we requested an alternative inspection time because our dog isn’t good with strangers and we preferred to be present. They said they couldn’t adjust the time due to other inspections already scheduled and insisted it go ahead without us there. We eventually decided to leave, and to their credit, the vacating process went smoothly. Overall, the tenancy side was handled well, but the selling process made the experience far less positive.

Melinda Seeto is genuinely an excellent, very friendly, and professional real estate agent. We bought our first home from her. She helped us secure our first home very smoothly and hassle free, with end to end support, throughout the buying process. She also went above and beyond to help us get a great deal, and also helped us with getting additional extras. Strongly recommend her! 🙂
