If you are trying to find a rental property STAY AWAY. This agent is what gives real estate a bad name. They won’t take care of you and just want your money.

Unreliable communication and lack of transparency throughout the application process. This lack of communication made it impossible to plan housing and caused unnecessary stress. The real estate agency refuses to take or return phone calls - namely Joel Wheeler.
