4 Redgum Road Medowie- You requested best and final offers, and what we presented exceeded the offer that was ultimately accepted. Despite this, our calls and attempts to seek updates were ignored. It appears there was an inability to manage multiple offers transparently, leaving us to make decisions without proper guidance or feedback. From our perspective, it felt as though the property was always going to be sold to a particular buyer, regardless of the offers on the table. If the issue came down to terms, we would have appreciated the opportunity to adjust—yet that opportunity was never given. This experience has left us feeling that the process was neither fair nor trustworthy.
