Our experience with Savills Brisbane has been extremely disappointing. After breaking our lease, we attempted to retrieve our belongings, but the manager, whose behavior was exceptionally unprofessional and rough, made the process unbearable. She called security to stand next to us, making us feel as though we were in prison. We were only allowed to take some of our less valuable items, while being prohibited from retrieving anything of higher value. When we questioned this, we were threatened with the police. It felt hostile and unjust, especially given that we were tenants here for nearly six years. Additionally, Savills Brisbane seems more focused on creating difficulties for both tenants and landlords rather than assisting with renting out the property. This has been a deeply upsetting and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

My experience with Savills Brisbane has been deeply disappointing. As a tenant at Kelvin Grove Village Shopping Village since 2021, I initially enjoyed great support and guidance under the previous management. However, since Savills took over a year ago, the quality of management has deteriorated significantly. The new manager has been unresponsive, disorganized, and dismissive, even addressing me by the wrong name in official correspondence. The lack of professionalism and clear communication has made what should be a straightforward lease process unnecessarily stressful. Regrettably, I have decided not to renew my lease due to these ongoing issues. I cannot recommend Savills Brisbane to other tenants based on this experience."
