This is our first time renting as we have always owned homes, we have been applying for properties tirelessly and there is a very big flaw in the realeastate market. That was until we stumbled upon Amit Shrestha, he has been absolutely amazing to deal with, very honest, very prompt in his responses and finally a genuine Realeaste agent that actually does his job. Amit Shrestha was great to deal with from start to finish. He was always on time, super organised, and made the whole rental process really straightforward. Communication was clear and quick, and he handled everything professionally without making it feel overly formal or stressful. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about getting things sorted properly. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable agent whether that be renting, buying or selling.
