I have been both a tenant and landlord with Marissa Boyd at RT Edgar managing my property currently. She is extremely professional, responsive and fair in her communication. I was a first time landlord and she has made the experience stress free. I can now add to this as I have recently sold my house with the expert help of Beverley Higgs and Nicole Ryan of RT Edgar. Professional and realistic in their communication and advice, they painlessly secured a good price in a reasonably difficult market.

We recently purchased our new home with Sharon’s help, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. She was always patient with our questions, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We were tenants for a few years and were extremely satisfied with the service especially when we had to relocate due to unforeseen circumstances.
