I've had a great experience renting through RT Edgar. Emilie has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my tenancy and during the vacating process. She's always been friendly, professional, responsive and proactive in her communication, making everything straightforward and stress-free. As someone who also owns an investment property interstate, I have a strong appreciation for good property management, and the level of service provided has been excellent. Had a good experience with RT Edgar as a tenant over the last year. Emilie and team at Glen Eira were very friendly and accomodating when it came to requests and comms regarding the property and were prompt in attending to these. When finishing the lease, things went quick and smoothly, and a fair reviewal happened ensuring we got the majority of our bond back excl. some minor maintenance. As a renter, I've dealt with previous real estate companies many times, which can often be a major hit or miss. RT Edgar have been the best to date and we highly appreciated their professionalism. More importantly, as a renter, their fairness around end of lease was a refreshing change. Many thanks again!
