Melissa was the property manager for the place we were renting and she was absolutely fantastic. She was great to communicate with and rectified any issues we had promptly. We were in a situation where our lease was up and our new home was just finishing being built, and Melissa did eveything she could to ensure the dates lined up as best they could for a smooth transition. I would recommend Melissa and Rodway group for anyone looking to rent, sell or for property management.

Now that I’ve left the property, I just want to say how grateful I am for everything Nikki did as my property manager. She was nothing short of honest, proactive, and genuinely supportive the entire time I was there. Any issue was handled quickly and with clear communication, and she always made sure things were fair and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who manages with both professionalism and heart, but Nikki did exactly that. I couldn’t recommend her more highly - thanks Nikki ❤️

The best decision we could have made selling our property was listing with the Rodway Group Mathews team.
