Lili does the following: - Facilitating illegal rent increases - Sends arrears notices in advance requesting tenants pay rent early - Expects tennents to vacate a 1.5 days early to accomodate her office hours. This is exactly the type of backwater operation that needs to be shut down… and my first job tomorrow will be figuring out how to get the ball rolling on that.
