If I could give 10 stars I would. Peter has filled us with confidence every step of the way. From first engagement, through renovations and sale. Peter left no stone unturned as he worked to get us the best price for our home. We have both bought and sold with Peter and trust him completely. He has great communication, is punctual and reliable.

Friendly, informative and efficient. As a new resident I found all of the team at RIZE Property very helpful in my situation as a first-time home buyer in Australia. I initially met with Frances when I viewed the property. She has a warm and welcoming manner and while not "hard sell" (that's a good thing!!) she suited my needs with information and detail, perfectly. Peter is well supported by his assistant Sarah who kept me up to speed with the steps needed for deposit, contract etc. RIZE PROPERTY made the potentially stressful situation of purchasing a home here in Perth a very easy and uncomplicated one. Peter has an incredible knack for understanding exactly what you're looking for and finding the hidden gems that you might have overlooked. Every showing felt like a mini adventure complete with Peter's hilarious anecdotes and insider tips about the neighbourhood. One of the best things about working with Peter was his unwavering positivity, and he always kept the process moving smoothly. He was always just a text or call away, ready with encouraging words and the perfect solution. If you want a real estate experience that's not only outcome focused, professional but also lots of laughs then Peter is the agent for you. I would highly recommend Peter!
