I would like to offer my deepest apologies, and absolute gratitude to Abdel and his team for the patience and understanding that they showed throughout our time working together. I am Jeffrey Strickes ex partner, and I have worked closely with Abdel to try and organise the sale of our property for nearly a year now. Throughout, he and his team have been nothing but professional, responsive, helpful, polite and have gone above and beyond, in spite of the impeding legal issues that have ultimately led to the sale not going through. I would like to be clear that Abdel and his team were not in a position to give Jeffrey any keys, and they had nothing to do with the locks being changed, their office was being renovated when I was dealing with them, and they were working remotely. I am sorry that they have received such a poor review from Jeffrey, they do not deserve it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's is selling in the Moonee Ponds area. Abdel in particular I know has worked in the area for years, and has a personal, thorough, and in-depth understanding of the market and its history. I found him to be honest and straight forward, easy to talk to, and patient to a fault. I know (having had a father who was also a real-estate agent), that his personable professionalism and investment in our sale is a rare find. I am sorry that I won't be able to sell through Rickdale Real estate, I wish them all the best for the future.

Just want to say a big thank you to Abdel! My property was vacated during lockdown and Abdel went above and beyond to help with finding a new tenant. He offered to record a video of the property. The video was very well done and he presented the property professionally with a very personable tone. It did make a difference and helped the apartment stand up among the rest. Abdel managed to secure a very good tenant for me and very proactive in giving me updates throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Abdel and his team for any landlord looking to rent out their property.
